Joelle Worm, MPA Administrator and Director of the KNN Learner Network
Joëlle Worm serves as Department Administrator for the Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine (KNN). In addition, she supports partners nationally in their work to implement projects rooted in the KNN Framework for Flourishing within learning and practice environments, as well as provides leadership for the KNN Learner Network composed of medical students, residents and fellows across the country. Joëlle brings more than 20 years of experience in program management and leadership in non-profit and university settings within the fields of arts, education, community building and healthcare. She has a history of developing programming and initiatives for multi-year, multi-institutional undertakings and has authored and collaboratively authored successfully funded proposals from a multitude of private and public sources. Joëlle delights in providing opportunities for individuals to grow, develop and reach their full potential through professional and personal goal setting as well as learning experiences situated in authentic, real-world contexts. Joëlle holds a Masters in Public Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from Baruch College-City University of New York and is currently pursuing a Masters in Character Education through the University of Birmingham Jubilee Centre for Character & Virtues.
