Framework in Action: A Developmental Change Approach to Human Flourishing

See the KNN Framework in Action through the story of the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine – Auburn Campus and their efforts to cultivate and sustain a flourishing approach to physician formation. In this 50-minute session, Dr. Bill Pearson will demonstrate how he utilized the KNN Framework for Flourishing as the foundation of a developmental change model grounded in systems thinking and caring, character and practical wisdom – and the results so far. Recently, Dr. Pearson had a paper published for this work titled, Repurposing the anatomy lab: A developmental model for physician formation and human flourishing - Kranzlein - Anatomical Sciences Education - Wiley Online Library.
