Framework in Action: Circles of Connection Through Narrative Medicine and Embodied Practices

See the KNN Framework in Action through the story of Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine’s “Circles of Connection” initiative. In this webinar, Deepthiman (Deepu) Gowda, MD, MPH, MS, Assistant Dean for Medical Education, will share how narrative medicine, embodied practices, and the KNN Framework for Flourishing were woven together to support individual well-being, community connection, and collective meaning-making in the wake of the California wildfires. Originally designed as part of the second-year curriculum, this four-session initiative evolved into a community-centered offering intended to support learners, faculty, and staff across the institution during a time of disruption and uncertainty.
