The Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine (KNN) hosts the annual KNN conference for leaders and learners to celebrate transformational work shifting the culture of medicine. With goals to elevate flourishing and reignite purpose for healthcare leaders, educators and medical students, the conference convenes peers from across the country to help shape the movement to advance flourishing in healthcare. Join us in sparking innovations for medical education and the profession as a whole. Mirroring the KNN’s approach to transforming medicine, the conference immerses participants in knowledge and scholarship about the KNN framework concepts of character, caring, practical wisdom and flourishing—while also offering opportunities to practice them in community and fellowship.
